The corporate wide Information Services group for this worldwide heavy equipment manufacturer has put the ability to manage change into the list of their core competencies. The development of skilled change agents throughout the department has been achieved through a series of Managed Change seminars conducted over three years.
Key members of the operation’s management group have moved to the level of ChangeMaster. Several senior management people co-facilitate Managed Change training sessions with LaMarsh. The learning manual has been customized to include a case study specific to the change initiatives occurring within the organization.
Managed Change is an integral part of system introductions or changes throughout the enterprise and across the world. In addition, it is a resource to the company’s Six Sigma efforts and to the company's efforts to build an e-business and e-commerce operation.
