Developing Individual Change Management Competency
Successful change implementation requires that individuals and project teams have the skills and abilities needed to effectively apply the Managed Change™ Methodology. LaMarsh Global’s pyramid of Managed Change™ learning programs address the unique and complex responsibilities of Change Agents.
