Electronic Learning
The Managed Change™ e-Lesson is an alternative to traditional facilitated learning that leverages time, expense budgets and technology. L&A’s distance learning solution offers your organization choices on how knowledge and awareness of change management can be delivered to a diverse, geographically challenged employee base.

It is designed as a self-directed, web based learning program that replicates the learning experience of the Managed Change Workshop and provide opportunities for practice, coaching and application. The overall design of the e-learning course is presented in modules consistent with the Managed Change Model. The learners are required to complete the course in a sequential fashion, passing a rigorous test at the conclusion of each module.

From this page you can launch a demonstration of the E-lesson. Start off by visiting the Help screen, which provides useful layout and navigation information. Then click the "Managed Change" button to learn how the e-lesson delivers the Managed Change model. The remaining steps are inactive, but many of the support areas can be pre-viewed.
