Today more than seven hundred
Masters of Managed Change® have been certified by LaMarsh and Associates, Inc.

Vision

The Forum xChange, a Managed Change™ community of practice, provides opportunities for Certified Masters of Managed Change® and their organizations to continuously improve and refine their change management skills and expertise through peer networking.

Goals

Establish a members only "community of practice" for the exchange of ideas, lessons learned, success stories and change management challenges.
Continuously increase managed change competency by learning from other practitioners through the sharing of strategies for implementing change management models, methodologies, and tools.
Establish the Forum xChange as a recognized "thought leadership group," encouraging membership research, publication, and formal sharing of expertise.

Membership

The Forum provides development opportunities for all Masters of Managed Change interested in improving their ability to manage change well. Membership is automatically extended to those who have been trained to an advanced level and been certified by LaMarsh and Associates.

Thought Leadership Advisory Board

A team of eight certified practitioners enthusiastically collaborate with LaMarsh and Associates senior leadership to establish and maintain vision for the Forum xChange and work together to plan and execute an annual program of events.
