2009 Forum xChange Summit Date Announced
The Forum xChange Summit will be held April 20-22, 2009 at the Gleacher Center in downtown Chicago, Illinois. Masters of Managed Change® get together at the Summit to network and learn from their peers, continuously build their competence and discover the latest innovations and thought leadership strategies for implementing Managed Change™ effectively within their organizations. Forum xChange events like the Summit keep them energized and inspired to manage change even better.

2008 Managed Change™ Euro Workshop
LaMarsh & Associates is pleased to announce that its 2008 Managed Change™ Euro Workshop will be conducted June 25-26 in the UK, at Chineham Business Park, Chineham Basingstoke. The park is located just five minutes drive from Basingstoke Town Centre and the M3, with Reading and the M4 only fifteen minutes away. The Thames Valley, M25 and west London are all accessible within the hour.

The Thought Leadership Advisory Board (TLAB) is a team of nine certified practitioners who enthusiastically collaborate with LaMarsh & Associates senior leadership to establish and maintain vision for the Forum xChange and work together to plan and execute an annual program of events.

Forum xChange Web Conference
"Managed Change™ and the Multigenerational Workforce." Jeffrey Parsons, founder of IGC & Associates, Inc. discussed the multigenerational workforce and Managed Change from the unique perspectives of varying generations. He discussed the personal influences that drive people's reactions and responses to life experiences, the primary characteristics of a multigenerational workforce (Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation-X's, & Millennials) and the identification of target resistance that may be attributable to generational differences.
Forum xChange, a Managed Change™ community of practice, provides opportunities for Certified Masters of Managed Change® and their organizations to continuously improve and refine their change management skills and expertise through peer networking.

"Building Change Management Competency in the Caterpillar Marketing and Product Support Division." Steve Richards, Change Manager for Caterpillar's Marketing and Product Support Division presents the Why, What and How of their journey to implementing Change Management. He discussed the top down vs. bottom up, and push vs. pull considerations in their gaining acceptance and usage.

2007 Forum xChange Summit
Masters of Managed Change® from eighteen companies around the globe participated in the eight annual Forum xChange Summit on October 10-11. The Summit was co-hosted by Caterpillar Inc. in their home town of Peoria, Illinois.
More than 100 passionate current and future Masters of Managed Change filled the Sky Room in the historic Prairie Building to listen to fellow Masters and leaders representing LaMarsh and Associates clients who are on the journey toward institutionalizing Managed Change™. In addition, there was ample time for networking and formal and informal coaching.
The Forum xChange, a Managed Change™ community of practice, provides opportunities for Certified Masters of Managed Change® and their organizations to continuously improve and refine their change management skills and expertise through peer networking. Membership is automatically extended to those who have been trained to an advanced level and been certified by LaMarsh and Associates.

International Society of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP) Web Conference
Executives, sponsors, Master Black Belts, and project managers from 23 companies attended a recent Web Conference, entitled Six Sigma and Managed Change: An Integrated Approach.
Black Belts know there is another tool kit they need to make their Six Sigma projects successful: a way to deal with resistance. This session presented Managed Change and demonstrated how it can be inserted into DMAIC to provide an integrated and comprehensive method to reduce that resistance.

Seventh Annual Forum xChange Summit Focuses on the Sponsor and Change Agent Partnership
Masters of Managed Change® from more than fifteen companies around the globe participated in the seventh annual Forum xChange Summit on May 10-11 in Chicago, Illinois. This year’s Summit agenda focused on the Sponsor and Change Agent partnership required to effectively implement change. More than sixty-five Summit attendees shared lessons learned and best practices in their presentations of Managed Change case studies and through their participation in panel discussions. The Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the leading US third-party certifying organization, has officially certified LaMarsh and Associates as a Women’s Business Enterprise. In partnership with women's business organizations throughout the United States, WBENC provides access to a national standard of certification and provides information on certified women's businesses to purchasing managers through its Internet database, WBENCLink. WBENC certification is recognized and accepted by the majority of the major corporations across the U.S.
