LaMarsh & Associates Announces New Levels of Managed Change™ Certification
LaMarsh & Associates, Inc, a world renowned change management consulting firm, is proud to announce enhancements to its Managed Change competency cycle as part of its commitment to building internal change management capability through its consulting and learning products.
The suite of certifications to increase the capability of an organization to manage the changes it makes includes: Change Agent Certification, Master of Managed Change® Level I and Level II, MethodologyMaster® and FacilitationMaster®.
Master of Managed Change® (formerly ChangeMaster Certification) has been strengthened and improved by building a two-tiered certification process. Read more details about Master of Managed Change® certification.
Level I Certification will require a candidate to participate in a three day workshop where he/she will demonstrate an understanding of the Managed Change model through practice, modeling, coaching and feedback. A Level I certification will be conferred after completion of the workshop and successfully passing an examination.
Level II Certification will require the candidate to prepare and submit a Project Book documenting successful application of the learning through the life cycle of a project. Once the work documented in the Project Book has been approved by a LaMarsh & Associates consultant the candidate will be conferred a Level II certification.
This enhancement is a proactive response to the feedback we heard from our 2005 customer visits and our own assessment of the competencies necessary to deliver quality changes within our clients. The two levels of Master of Managed Change certification will better prepare individuals within our clients to embrace and manage the ever increasing volume, pace and complexity of changes they face.
LaMarsh & Associates is committed to ensuring that certified Managed Change practitioners are qualified and competent to meet the challenges of change.
