Biography

Robert (Bob) Dodge has an extensive and broad background in assisting organizations in applying the Managed Change™ methodology to their project governance structure, tools and capabilities.

Bob's strength lies in his demonstrated ability to listen for and integrate various perspectives by identifying the sources of organizational resistance and potential change issues within organizations. Bob is effective as a coach, consultant, course facilitator, and a master on managing and directing change projects (sales/marketing, program management and information technology). Through his coaching and mentoring, he empowers individuals throughout an organization to develop their skills to develop, implement and execute effective change management strategies and action plans.

Bob leverages his broad business acumen in helping organizations integrate Managed Change with other business methodologies such as Supply Chain Management, The Balanced Scorecard, Process Improvement and, Strategy Deployment. He is a proven project manager, an expert in establishing project governance, and has extensive hands-on experience with alignment and barrier removal.

Bob is a successful manager and leader with over 30 years of practical business experience, in positions ranging from program manager to executive leader. He has directed numerous large-scale, complex change projects and continuous improvement initiatives. He has collaborated with teams and coached executive business leaders in the change management methodology and the skills to lead organizations to global profitability. He has helped sub-optimizing groups work better together for their mutual best interest and that of their employer.

Bob is a recognized thought leader in change management, having founded and managed a consulting firm specializing in the integration of process, people, and information technology changes for 15 years. He helped his clients establish the required project governance and alignment to the project vision, scope, objectives, and deliverables. In addition, he has excelled as an individual sales representative, sales manager, program manager, marketing manager and strategic planner for large information technology companies.
