Background
Building on the foundation of her education in human dynamics and behavior disabilities and throughout a professional career that spans over 35 years, Jeanenne has built her expertise in understanding how people make choices about whether to change or not to change.
Jeanenne has built this experience and the insights gained in this process into a model of Managed Change that is the foundation of the L&A’s change management strategy.
From a myriad of client experiences, she laid the foundation of a methodology to apply Managed Change to change projects such as mergers/acquisitions, system implementations, major reorganizations within L&A’s clients, and fundamental changes in work flow, organizational structure, and in the culture of organizations.
