Biography
Lew Lash serves as Director of Business Development. He is responsible for the sales and promotion of the LaMarsh & Associates project implementation, consulting services, executive coaching and learning and developmental programs. Because he has a long-term perspective, Lew ensures that L&A offers solutions that are tailored to the situation so that clients can effectively and efficiently implement their change initiatives right, the first time. In addition, Lew seeks formal and informal relationships with alternate distributions channels, allied firms and affiliate organizations on a global basis.
Lew wears a number of other "hats" at LaMarsh & Associates as well. He has a unique capability of accurately aligning L&A’s professional resources to the situation, challenge and task at hand and is, therefore, responsible for managing our company resources and their calendars. He also is responsible for working with our Consultants in crafting all proposals for services. Post-engagement, he is tasked with ensuring that our customers are satisfied with quality of our work and the value received by our clients. And, when asked, he often provides his own no-cost "value-add" to the relationship by coaching our client Change Agents in strategizing and making that difficult "internal sale".

Background
After serving as a First Lieutenant and Company Commander in the U.S. Army, Lew had an outstanding 16-year career in sales and sales management with Diebold, Inc of Canton, OH. Subsequently, he lead highly successful sales teams with EDS, Deluxe Data Systems, National Data Corporation, and KPMG Consulting LLP before joining LaMarsh & Associates in 2000. Over his 30+ year career, Lew has had extensive experience selling implementing technology & equipment, major software systems, outsourcing & facilities management programs, data processing services, credit card processing services, and management/technology consulting solutions all of which invoked lots of change on his clients.
Throughout his professional experience, Lew has won sales awards and recognition at virtually every level. The bottom-line on Lew’s career is his exceptional track record of successfully crafting & forging long-standing, "win-win" relationships with his clients that have proven to be beneficial to all concerned.
