Biography
Charlie Thalheimer joined LaMarsh and Associates in 2003 and serves as President. He is responsible for leading the firm and its clients boldly into the future. He is a strategic planner, entrepreneurial thinker, and experienced executive with a comprehensive background in sales and marketing, actuarial science, business development, alliances and partnerships, new product development, multi-channel distribution and customer relations management.
Charlie's experience as a leader and as a sponsor of change has given him the experience and insight to provide guidance and coaching to those committed to developing their ability to lead change in their organization. His business expertise enables him to help L&A clients to build change management into their initiatives within the context of the business needs of the organization.
Charlie's strength lies in his ability to assess client needs regarding change management and to conceive, develop and implement products and services that will enhance their capability to make change management a critical competitive advantage.

Background
As a senior executive with Allstate Insurance Company for more than 20 years, Charlie successfully led a major business unit through the course of multiple business cycles and in changing business environments. He led the company through the introduction and implementation of an aggressive growth and expansion plan, utilizing a strategy and goal-driven approach and a comprehensive, balanced set of metrics resulting in a revenue growth of 250 percent.
Charlie is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and honored as the Direct Marketing Association Financial Services Council's "Direct Marketer of the Year" in 2002.
