Catherine Wolpert
Director of Business Development

Biography

Catherine Wolpert believes in the value of Managed Change™. She has witnessed first-hand the successful application of the Model and Methodology through her eight years of experience as a consultant, facilitator and leader at LaMarsh & Associates.

Her current role in Business Development is a natural fit for Catherine based on the ease at which she describes Managed Change™ and relates the concepts to real stories and experience. Her ability to scope work "on the fly" helps her clients to quickly understand the nature of how L&A operates and what it will take to truly be successful.

She is quick to analyze business issues and identify targeted strategies that help our clients create application and competency development opportunities. She is frequently asked to present the value of effective change management to the most senior leaders of an organization to those targets of change who need help positioning change management as a strategic requirement.

Catherine is currently managing several major Fortune 100 client relationships and is responsive to the business environment of constant change. She helps her clients evolve in their journey toward institutionalization of Managed Change™ by drawing upon her extensive experience across multiple industries and lines of business.

Catherine was responsible for the documentation of the L&A proprietary consulting methodology and has developed the learning and support materials for new L&A Consultants and clients who utilize the methodology as the foundation of internal change management consultancies.

Background

Catherine has over twelve years of professional experience in the field of consulting. She began her career as a Psychologist working with individuals and groups on personal and employee-related issues.

She expanded upon this foundation through her work as an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist for a Human Resource Consulting Firm and as a management consultant specializing in project management and change leadership services.

Catherine's successful career is based upon her belief that relationships with people are the most important investment you can make in your personal and professional life. The return on an investment in people will pay dividends in ways that are beyond measure.

Her belief in the power of Managed Change™ has earned her respect and loyalty from her clients, leaders and peers at L&A. In turn, she actively contributes toward the L&A Business Plan and the design of associated growth strategies.
