Change Agent Certification Program
Success—one change at a time
One successful implementation, one action
step at a time, can serve as an example and best practice for all
future change initiatives. We all face professional growth and development challenges every
day. Translating a new change management theory, concept, process and tools into
practical actions steps—and getting it right the first time—requires
discipline and practice.
As a follow-up and reinforcement to either the Managed Change™ Workshop or the e-Lesson for Change Agents
programs, the Change Agent Certification Program is a practical next step in developing change
management competency by providing the participants with expert
counsel and feedback on their progress and use of the Managed
Change™ Model. Using the participants’ own experience with the Managed Change™
Model, the Change Agent Certification Program examines their
change strategy, the Current State of the project relative to its change management strategy and supporting action plans, and where it needs to go
in order to successfully reach the project's Desired State.
The participants will leave this program with new
action items and practice opportunities to enhance their ability to
apply the Managed Change™ strategy, model, tools and techniques on
current or future changes. Those who have demonstrated their competency in applying Managed Change™ will become certified Change Agents.
