Employees as the people impacted by change
While leadership as Sponsors and project team members as Change Agents play a pivotal role in any successful change, the people impacted by the change also have a role and the responsibilities that go with that role if the change is to be successful.
Our extensive experience coaching and mentoring leaders suggests that change management will not get the right visibility if it is not tied directly to business strategy. Therefore, our learning programs quickly become situational so that we can connect the value of change management directly to our client’s challenges at-hand.
Becoming a Partner in Change Workshop
The Becoming a Partner in the Change Workshop uses changes currently impacting the organization, contemplated for the future, or experienced in the past to help employees understand what can prevent them from becoming partners in the change. The workshop lays out the reasons why employees react to change as they do, helps them to realize that those issues and emotions and the resulting resistance to change are both natural and normal but that they, as well as their management, play a key role in dealing with these issues and emotions and becoming proactive in learning to live with constant change: as a partner, not a victim.
