LaMarsh & Associates, Inc. Managed Change™ Workshop
LaMarsh & Associates, Inc. presents Managed Change™ in an educational format as a two day workshop or three day workshop. This course is targeted to people responsible for designing and implementing change, especially implementation teams. The program builds an understanding of the change process and examines the factors critical to successful implementation. Using specific changes, either anticipated or currently underway, participants will identify the probable sources of resistance and develop strategies to manage that resistance.

The workshop also includes our unique Managed Change™ Toolkit containing a comprehensive set of new questionnaires, worksheets and templates in both printed and electronic formats that can be applied and customized to the change projects your organization faces.
