Overview

The Managed Change Practitioner workshop is for emerging change management practitioners. The workshop can be conducted in-person or virtually. The participant will develop a working knowledge of the Managed Change methodology and begin applying the proven approach on real changes happening in their organization.

  • Virtual workshop: Eight 2.5-hour sessions plus 6 months post workshop to complete certification

Overview

The Change Master Advanced workshop is a two-and-a-half-day course from LaMarsh Global for change management professionals. This advanced learning program and certification will prepare you to manage complex change projects, coach change practitioners and be an effective leader.

  • Location: In-person or virtually
  • In-person workshop: 2.5 days
  • Virtual workshop: Ten 2-hour sessions, or equivalent
  • Materials: Guide and digital tools will be provided
  • Prerequisites: Successful completion of an ACMP or LaMarsh Global approved foundational change management certification and one year of experience applying change management
