     Successful completion of an ACMP or LaMarsh Global approved foundational change management certification and one year of experience applying change management
Who should attend

Anyone that has experience with planning and implementing major transactional or transformational changes. This workshop is not dependent on your knowledge of the Managed Change methodology, but rather it is for any experienced change practitioner that is ready to lead, coach and build organizational change capability.

This program will provide project teams the opportunity to learn the Managed Change methodology while applying the concepts and tools to a change effort currently happening in their organization.
