This focused, application-rich experience helps practitioners stay current with the 2025 enhancements, reconnect with the methodology, and sharpen their ability to apply the tools to today’s more complex, fast-moving change environments.
Course Format:
This program is delivered as two 2-hour virtual sessions, led by a certified LaMarsh instructor.
Sessions combine guided discussion, tool demonstrations, case-based exercises, and live application to ensure practitioners leave with both confidence and capability.Prerequisite:
Completion of the LaMarsh Managed Change™ Workshop is required.
This ensures participants arrive with foundational knowledge and can focus on what’s new, what’s enhanced, and how to apply the latest tools more effectively.Course Objectives:
By the end of the Refresher Course, participants will be able to:
Identify key updates and enhancements in the 2025 Managed Change™ methodology.
Understand updated terminology (e.g., Future State, Targets, Sponsor expectations).
Apply the updated toolset—including the Change Impact Assessment, Critical Variables Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis, and updated Risk Log.
