Optional Certification

Participants may choose to pursue LaMarsh Global's Certified Managed Change™ Practitioner (CMCP) certification through a separate certification process involving applied project work, coaching, and assessment.

Eligibility Requirements

This advanced program is designed for change professionals with at least five years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in change management. Prior training or certification in any established change management methodology meets the program's educational prerequisites.

LaMarsh-trained practitioners must have completed their CMCP certification.

Professional Development Recognition

The Master of Managed Change™ Program is an ACMP QEP™ Course and provides 21 hours of change management education that may be applied toward the education requirements for ACMP's CCMP® or MCMP® credentials.

Certification Pathway

Participants may pursue LaMarsh Global's Certified Master of Managed Change™ (CMMC) credential through a separate certification process involving 12 months of applied project work, four individual 30-minute coaching sessions, and a final certification assessment.

The Managed Change™ Refresher Course is designed exclusively for individuals who have already completed the LaMarsh Managed Change™ Workshop. This focused, application-rich experience helps practitioners stay current with the 2025 enhancements, reconnect with the methodology, and sharpen their ability to apply the tools to today’s more complex, fast-moving change environments. 

Course Format:

This program is delivered as two 2-hour virtual sessions, led by a certified LaMarsh instructor. 
Sessions combine guided discussion, tool demonstrations, case-based exercises, and live application to ensure practitioners leave with both confidence and capability. 

Prerequisite:

Completion of the LaMarsh Managed Change™ Workshop is required.
This ensures participants arrive with foundational knowledge and can focus on what’s new, what’s enhanced, and how to apply the latest tools more effectively. 

Course Objectives:

By the end of the Refresher Course, participants will be able to: 

• Identify key updates and enhancements in the 2025 Managed Change™ methodology. 

• Understand updated terminology (e.g., Future State, Targets, Sponsor expectations). 

• Apply the updated toolset—including the Change Impact Assessment, Critical Variables Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis, and updated Risk Log. 

• Strengthen the capability to coach Sponsors, Change Leaders, and Targets using the 2025 guidance. 

• Integrate concepts such as change fatigue, multiple change impact, and Transition Dip planning. 

• Immediately apply updates to current or upcoming change initiatives.
