Event Description

The Masters of Managed Change™ Program is an advanced certification experience that is designed for experienced change professionals ready to expand their strategic impact and deepen their expertise in applying the Managed Change™ methodology to complex, enterprise-level transformations. Through focused instruction, individual coaching, and real-world application, you’ll strengthen your ability to coach Sponsors, Project Managers, and teams to achieve sustainable results.

This workshop is ideal for Certified Change Management Professionals with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in organizational change management.

Dates: April 15, 16, and 17
Time: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM CST (4 hours per session)
Format: Live In Person Sessions

🎓 Masters of Managed Change™ Certification Process

• Apply the Managed Change™ methodology to your selected project over a 12-month period

• Participate in four 30-minute one-on-one coaching sessions with your LaMarsh Global facilitator

• Submit your completed project documentation for review

• Successfully pass the final certification assessment to earn your Masters of Managed Change™ credential

What to Bring:
Please come prepared with a change initiative to use as your applied project throughout the program. This ensures that the tools, discussions, and coaching directly align with your real-world challenges.
