Join us for a hands-on, interactive workshop to give you a practical understanding of the LaMarsh Managed Change™ methodology. Over four focused sessions, you’ll apply proven change management tools to a real project of your own—learning how to identify risks and build strategies that drive results.

This workshop is ideal for leaders and professionals responsible for managing or supporting organizational change.
