Event Description

If you have previously completed the LaMarsh Managed Change™ Workshop and want to reconnect with the methodology, stay current with the 2025 enhancements, and sharpen your application skills, this is the course for you. This focused, application-rich program help practitioners strengthen their use of the methodology and confidently apply the latest tools to today’s faster, more complex change environments.

Completion of the LaMarsh Managed Change™ Workshop is required. This allows the course to focus on what’s new, what’s enhanced, and how to apply the updated tools effectively.
