Event Description

The LaMarsh Change Management for Project Managers is a two-part virtual course that helps project managers understand the people side of change and how effective collaboration with a change manager drives project success. Tuition includes a participant manual, ready-to-use tools for partnering with change managers, and presentation templates to strengthen conversations with Sponsors.

This course is ideal for Project Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads.
